If you want to start making money, my advice is to build your own website though it is a difficult task because there are too many elements included into building professional website, that is pleasing both visitors and search engine spiders.
You can start learning website building from scratch and leave the project few months later tired and disappointed. It just takes too long, even thousands of hours just reading and testing.
Very few 'script-freaks' (me included) can walk through HTML, CSS, PHP, MYSQL, REGEX (already four years for me) and still being around learning and testing.
